Aim of the Programme
The purpose of the MBA Programme is to produce skilful leaders and critical thinkers to have a number of career options in management positions. Students will be able to recognize and resolve problems and have the flexibility of thought that will allow them to adjust to changing market trends and social needs.
Throughout the course, Students will gain advanced business skills and knowledge of business and management concepts, theoretical frameworks, and applied analysis, while giving particular emphasis to current business developments in a global and multicultural context.
In addition, Graduates will learn how to conduct business in an ethical manner and they will be able to identify ethical dilemmas and apply an ethics model or framework to propose and defend resolutions.
