The College has an open admission policy and focuses on educational excellence and the achievement of equity among the different communities it serves. CTL Eurocollege holds an Erasmus+ Charter and welcomes applications for temporary admission/teaching/training.
CTL Students come from a diverse range of background and form a warm, tightly-knit hub of multiculturalism, a fact that significantly contributes to both their academic and personal development.
Applications from nominated Students must reach us until July 30th for the following Fall Semester and November 30th for the following Spring Semester.
The language of instruction at CTL is English; therefore, all candidate Students must have at least B1 CEFR level in the English language
Once Students have been nominated by their home Institution for temporary Studies at CTL Eurocollege, the Erasmus+ Coordinator contacts them and provides useful information regarding the College and the procedures they need to follow.
The Erasmus+ Coordinator sends the current Semester list of offered Courses to the Students as soon as this is published, together with the list of required documents.<br>
A short version of the Syllabi is always available on the College website. Students can go to the Programme of their interest and click on each Course, following this link: Programmes of Study
Once Students have chosen the Courses to follow, they will receive the full version of the according Syllabi, so that their Coordinator can approved them and confirm compatibility with their Programme of Study.
Once the approval has been granted, Students will receive a Letter of Acceptance, stating the chosen Courses, the Academic Calendar, the Factsheet as well as OLA instructions. After that, Students must initiate the OLA procedure. They will receive instructions on how to prepare and approve their OLA (Online Learning Agreement).
As from 1/1/2023 Students are required to complete their Academic profile and their Learning Agreement online, following the link below:
Upon their arrival, Students must present themselves to the Academic Office and complete their Registration, presenting the Letter of Acceptance and their identity card or passport. The Academic Administrators will provide them with all required information and guide them how to use the ELMS platform.
Students are informed through email that after the completion of their last Final Examination, the Department needs at least one week for the correction of exam papers and the preparation of Semester Reports. They are therefore advised not to schedule their return earlier than that. The Final Examination period is included in the Academic calendars, which is always sent to Students.
The Erasmus+ Programme offers the Online Language Support (OLS).
It provides a range of interactive and engaging language learning activities to help Students learn a new language or master a language they’ve already studied. The best part of this tool is that it’s designed to cater specifically to the needs of each learner.
