Tuition Fees

Undergraduate Programmes – Tuition fees per ECTS unit 73.5 €
Annual tuition fees for 60 ECTS 4410 €
Postgraduate Programmes -Tuition fees per ECTS unit 100 €
Tuition fees for the complete Programme 90 ECTS 9000 €
English Language Foundation Programme for the complete programme 5000 €

Visa Deposit:
The College may charge a Visa Deposit amount for International non-EU Students only, if and when necessary, as follows:
South Asia, Indian Subcontinent countries, Middle East, Arab Speaking Countries, East Europe 470 €
Far East, Latin America, Africa 680 €
Visa Deposit

The Visa Deposit is refunded on completion or interruption of Studies, after the Student provides sufficient proof of departure plans from Cyprus, provided there are no pending financial obligations towards the College.

Tuition and other fees are subject to revision or adjustment, and they may vary according to the Programme of Study registered for.  

Any revision or adjustment, though, is announced before the commencement of the new Academic Year. It is therefore advisable to request the Tuition & Other Fees through the Admission Request Form, stating the intended Programme of Study,  level of Knowledge of English, Country of Origin, as well as  Educational background.

Refund of Tuition Fees

For Local and EU Students:

Tuition fees are only refundable in the following cases: 

  1. When serious illness or accident occurs after registration and prevents from studying.
  2. When the Student passes away  

 

Refund is calculated according to specific criteria 

For International Students:

In addition to the above, Tuition fees are only refundable in the following cases: 

  1. When a Candidate Student’s Entry visa has been rejected from the Migration Authorities.
  2. When a Candidate Student is not able to come to Cyprus, despite the issuance of their Entry visa, in which case the Migration Authorities need to confirm their non-arrival.
  3. When the First Registration with the Migration Authorities in Cyprus is not possible due to contagious blood diseases. (see Migration Regulation)

Payment Scheme

Local and EU Students

A down-payment towards the Annual or Semester Tuition Fees is considered payable, non-refundable and non-transferable as from Registration. The outstanding amount can be settled in monthly instalments, according to the payment agreement.

International non-EU Students

Annual fees are considered payable as from the date of approval of the Application for Visa, by the Authorities.
It has to be noted that unless all financial obligations to the College are settled, a Student is not permitted to:

  • Attend classes
  • Take Final Examinations
  • Register for a new Semester
  • Receive their Certificate, Transcripts or any other official document
  • Participate in any Student activities
