Along with the different Departments responsible for the smooth and effective everyday functioning of the College, the institution’s Administration is mainly controlled by the
Board of Governors

The Board is responsible for defining the role and mission of the College and thereby setting the College’s strategic goals. It is responsible for being the fiduciary for an excellent institutional performance. All of its decisions and policies are made in the best interest of the College. It consists of: 

• The shareholders with a specific minimum percentage of ownership
• The Executive Director
