Irida Mitidou is an Assistant Research Project Manager and Lecturer at CTL Eurocollege. She holds an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Nicosia and degrees in English and Greek Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In her current role, Irida combines lecturing with research project support and reports directly to the Head of Research. Her responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating research projects, supporting project administration, and contributing to the successful implementation of research activities. She works closely with the research team to generate ideas, develop Erasmus project proposals, and support project planning, communication, and documentation. Through these activities, she helps ensure that research projects are managed efficiently and achieve their intended outcomes. Alongside her project management responsibilities, Irida contributes to higher education teaching and curriculum development, particularly in the areas of academic communication, research skills, and language education. Her professional interests include adult education, intercultural communication, educational innovation, and lifelong learning.
