Irida Mitidou is a Research Coordinator and Lecturer at CTL Eurocollege. She coordinates the planning, implementation, and management of national and European-funded research and innovation projects, working closely with the Head of Research and multidisciplinary teams on project development, research activities, Erasmus+ proposal writing, project communication, and documentation. Her role focuses on the effective coordination and delivery of collaborative projects in line with institutional priorities and funding requirements.
Alongside her research coordination responsibilities, Irida lectures in business communication, with a focus on professional communication and public speaking, as well as academic writing and research skills, fostering effective academic and professional communication. She holds an MA in TESOL from the University of Nicosia and Bachelor’s degrees in English Language and Literature and Greek Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her professional interests include research project management, educational innovation, adult education, intercultural communication, language education, and lifelong learning.
