Irida Mitidou is a Research Coordinator, Researcher, and Lecturer at CTL Eurocollege, Cyprus. She coordinates national and European-funded research and innovation projects and actively participates in multidisciplinary research and project teams. Her work includes research and proposal development, project coordination and implementation, research activities, the development of educational and training materials, project deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and research communication and dissemination. She contributes to proposals and funded initiatives under European programmes, including Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe.

Alongside her research role, Irida teaches Business and Professional Communication, Academic Writing and Research Skills, and English for Hospitality and Tourism, with a particular focus on professional communication, presentation and public-speaking skills, and academic literacy. She holds an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Nicosia and Bachelor’s degrees in English Language and Literature and Greek Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Her professional and research interests include research project management, educational innovation, artificial intelligence in education, adult and lifelong learning, professional and intercultural communication, academic literacy, language education, and technology-enhanced learning.
