Dr. Amvrosios Prodromou holds a doctorate degree (Doctor of Business Administration – DBA) with a specialisation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). He also holds two academic master degrees, MBA in Marketing and MBA in Project Management. Additionally, he holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma (Master Level), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management. He is an Assistant Professor at CTL Eurocollege, Limassol Cyprus and teaches courses of his expertise.

The Research Committee

The Committee aims to support the College in Research. Its strategic role is to shape the Research policy and activities of the College. The Committee and its members have the responsibility of promoting Research in the Academic community, industry and the society.

The Objectives of the Committee are:

  1. To encourage Faculty and Students to get actively involved in Research projects.
  2. To see that adequate and sufficient facilities and equipment are provided, to support the Research component of the Programmes of Study.
  3. To evaluate the Research performance of the Academic personnel, Students and Partners.
  4. To promote excellence in Research in the College, the industry and the society. 

 

The Functions of the Committee are:

  1. To evaluate Research and provide recommendations to the Board of Governors.
  2. To assist the Board of Governors in any decision making related to Research.
  3. To review and report to the Board of Governors about long term Strategic Research goals and the progress and direction of College Research Programmes.
  4. To advise the Board of Governors on scientific and technological Research matters.
  5. To attempt identifying and discussing significant emerging science and technology issues and trends.
  6. To recommend approaches for acquiring and maintaining advantageous Research.
  7. To regularly review the Research Programmes of the College.
  8. To review the budgetary requirements and resource allocation for Research.
