Dora Konstantinou graduated from the University of Cyprus in 2009 with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, with a scholarship for her academic excellence funded by the A.G. Leventis Foundation. In 2011, she completed her MSc in Educational Leadership and Management. Ms. Konstantinou attended and completed certifications from Microsoft and Cisco and she is a certified trainer for: CISCO: IT Essentials, CCNA: Introduction to Networks and CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials. She is also a Member of ACM and ACM-We, participating in actions and conferences for the empowerment of women in the field of Computing.

Ms.Konstantinou is currently pursuing a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction at the Cyprus University of Technology and Cyprus Interaction Lab. Her focus of research is in Digital Making and its integration into the formal curriculum of the Computing field in Higher Education.

Ms. Konstantinou joined the Ctl Eurocollege on October 2011 as a part-time lecturer in the field of Computing. As from 2013, she is the Head of the Information Technology field of studies. In 2019 she accepted the position of Academic Dean and recently (November 2023) she joined the Research Team.
