BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Dr.Ifigenia Efthimiou holds a Doctorate on the domain of "Design and Analysis of Experiments" with Grade "Excellent", Master’s Degree "Statistics and Data Analysis" and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) of Department of Statistics and Actuarial – Financial Mathematics. She is a Lecturer at CTL Eurocollege, Limassol Cyprus. She teaches courses of her expertise.
She has a long-term academic experience to public and private universities (University of Cyprus, Cyprus University of Technology, American College and CDA College Neapolis University Pafos). She is a published author and has also published articles in very important International Journals such as" Statistica Sinica "and "Metrika". She is regular member of the organization "Greek Statistical Institute (ΕΣΙ)". She took participation and presentation of papers in several scientific conferences and also she presented a poster at the Department of Statistics, University of Georgia (USA).

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Following the completion of her Doctoral Thesis in the field of Statistics and Data Analysis (2015), specifically in the area of Design and Analysis of Experiments, Dr.Ifigenia Efthimiou employed by the Department of Commerce, Finance and Shipping at the Cyprus University of Technology in the position of Special Scientist (2018-2021). In this capacity, she had the opportunity to teach Statistical Methods for the requirements of the University’s undergraduate programme and Quantitative Methods and Statistics for Management as part of the postgraduate programme. Furthermore, she was granted the position of Special Scientist at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Cyprus (2018-2019) and taught Statistical Methods for the undergraduate programme. Dr. Ifigenia Efthimiou had the opportunity to teach as Special Scientist at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering of Cyprus University of Technology (TEΠAK) (2021-2022). She also had the opportunity to teach at the Department of Computer Science and Department of Business Administration in the position of Assistant Professor at the American College in several subjects such as Linear Algebra, Calculus I Calculus II Statistics I Statistics II, Discrete Mathematics, Management Science etc. She currently teaches at the Department of Computer Science of Neapolis University of Pafos in the position of Visitor Lecturer and at CTL EUROCOLLEGE courses of her expertise.
