Incoming Student mobility Spring 24
With great pleasure we are hosting students from the University of Obudai Egyetem Budapest (Hungary), the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (Germany), the IST-Hochschule für Management Düsseldorf (Germany) and the University of Torino (Italy) for the Spring semester 24.
Dr. Vasilis Papavasiliou, head of hospitality and tourism at CTL Eurocollege, embarked on a captivating journey through Limassol's old town with the incoming Spring Erasmus+ students on 14th February 2024.
The tour commenced at 11:00 at the majestic Limassol Castle. As they walked the narrow streets, Vasilis explained the city's architectural tapestry, where Byzantine, Ottoman, and Venetian influences meld seamlessly. At the Limassol Agora, a bustling marketplace since antiquity, Vasilis unveiled the vibrant trading hub where merchants once sold goods. Along Anexartisias Street, they strolled past charming boutiques. Their exploration ended at Heroes Square leaving students enriched by the rich tapestry of Limassol's past.
