Erasmus+ Application procedure – Incoming Staff

Once you have been authorized and nominated by your home Institution for teaching/training at CTL Eurocollege please contact the Erasmus+ Coordinator at mariannak@ctleuro.ac.cy.

Language requirements

The language of instruction at CTL is English therefore all candidate Faculty must have at least B2 CEFR level. For the administrative staff a B1 CEFR level is required.

Required Documents 

 The following documents should be sent to the Erasmus+ Coordinator

  • a letter signed by your home Institution attesting your participation in the programme
  • CV
  • Field of expertise 

For Faculty training mobility:

A Zoom meeting is scheduled in advance to define a research topic. During the visit both parties will collaborate on a short research paper in a shared research area. This would allow the participants to fully utilize the allocated hours.

For teaching mobility:

The coordinator brings you in contact with members of our Faculty who can host you in their class. The two Lecturers agree the topic and dates of mobility. The agreements are signed.

On completion of the mobility a Certificate is provided to the Lecturer.

Mobility period - Fall Semester
From the last week of October until the end of December.
Midterm, Final Examination Period and Christmas Holidays are excluded. These are stated on the current academic calendar.

Mobility period - Spring Semester
From the first week of March until the middle of May.
Midterm, Final Examination Period and Easter Holidays are excluded. These are stated on the current academic calendar.
