I came from Russia and this is my first year in CTL College. In Russia I had been advised that the education in this college is not expensive but good. Therefore at the right time after completing my school I joined this college.

I enjoy my study here. The subjects I have covered were very interesting; especially Introduction to Business. We covered topics like the structure of Organizations, the departments they constitute of, types of economy etc. On the same subject we had to do a coursework- to prepare a “Business Plan”. I liked to dream about my own business and afterwards it was very interesting to discuss my business plan and the works of other students together.

Studying here also attracts me because I can rest as well as learn. I like the sea and the warm climate and the friendly people of Cyprus.

I also like to make friends with students from different countries here. It’s nice to talk to them about the kind of life in their countries and then compare it with our culture.

The student life in CTL is different. In between the semesters we go on excursions to various places in Cyprus. It helps the students to know each other better and also to learn more about this beautiful place. Our last excursion to Troodos was kind of special to me. There was a lot of snow on the mountains just like Russia in winters. I really miss my country very much but I also enjoy staying here, besides I have many Russian friends in Limassol.

It’s great that the CTL has search with many Universities all over Europe Canada and USA. I want to complete my Bachelor’s degree here and then proceed further with a Master’s degree in one of those Universities.

I think the knowledge that I’ll receive in CTL will provide me a good base for a successful career in the future.
