Ctl Eurocollege Lecturer and Programme Coordinator Dr Elena Malkawi has published an interesting article on the Behavioural Economics in the Cyprus Russian Business online newspaper.  Behavioural Economics is a relatively new subject.  It is a "method of economic analysis that applies psychological insights into human behaviour to explain economic decission making.  It is used by governments in over 135 countries as it can help improve the decission making processes.  (the article is in russian)
