Dr Georgios Afxentiou, on behalf of CTL Eurocollege, participated in the Academy of Management specialized conference in Tel Aviv, Israel on December 17-19, 2018. The conference focused on research into the creation and development of new businesses in a volatile business environment. Researchers from countries around the world gathered to share their research interests, papers and findings while engaging in discussions about research development, entrepreneurship, innovation models, leadership, organization design, organization behavior among others. The participants were also able to discuss with the editors of the Academy of Management Discoveries and the Academy of Management Perspectives journals the philosophy and requirements needed for publication. The conference proved to be a valuable resource of ideas and inspiration for anyone seeking personal and professional development.
