Picture3The CTL College follows the system of Academic Semesters. Each Academic Year consists of two regular Semesters, Fall and Spring and the Summer Session. The Fall Semester covers the period between middle of  September and end of January and the Spring Semester from the beginning of February until the middle of June. The Summer Session takes place between mid of June and the mid of  September and is offered only if there is sufficient demand, for intensive courses. The list of these courses and the exact duration is announced after the Easter holidays.

An academic Semester includes 17 calendar weeks, 13 of which are teaching weeks, the other two are holiday period (either Christmas or Easter) and the last two comprise the final examination Period. During the summer Session, all subjects are intensive, because of the small number of weeks, so that the required number of teaching ours is covered.

Every subject in all the Programmes is awarded in certain number of credits which is equal to the number of teaching ours the subject is taught per week, per Semester. At the end of the Examination Period, the results are calculated and the student receives a Semester Report with all the grades along with a Progress Chart. If the student is graduating he/she will also receive an Academic Report.
