Transfer students
A student who has commenced or completed his/her Programme of Study in another registered or accredited institution of higher education and wishes to transfer to The CTL Eurocollege of Cyprus, must submit to the Office of Admissions the following:
- An official transcript of his/her previous academic record together with the completed application for transfer.
- The Official description of the Programme subjects successfully attended in another institution of higher education.
- A non-objection certificate for students who wish to transfer from a local institution of higher education.
- The Application evaluation fee per subject of Euro51.
Transfer credits of courses attended elsewhere may be accepted for exemption only if earned with a “C” or better. The number of credits given for each subject has to be approved by the Academic Department according to the CTL Eurocollege Subject Descriptions.
A transfer student is expected to attempt at least 32 credits at the CTL Eurocollege , in order to gain any CTL Eurocollege certificate or to be allowed to retransfer further to any institution.
A transfer student is eligible to transfer up to 32 credits from an equivalent programme of study. A student can transfer up to 12 credits from an unrelated programme of study.
Credits earned at institutions other than The CTL Eurocollege do not carry quality points and have no effect on the student’s Grade Point Average. The Cumulative Point Average is based solely on credits attempted at The CTL Eurocollege.
