Applicants from Countries where Cyprus has an Embassy or Consulate

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS:

  1. A completed Application Form
  2. A non refundable application fee of Euro 65
  3. A non refundable Migration fee of Euro 85
  4. A *Copy of the attested Secondary and High School Certificates with corresponding Mark Sheets
  5. A Clear attested copy of Passport, valid for at least two years from the date of commencement of studies applied for
  6. A *Copy of the attested original Bank Certificate valid for minimum 6 months (A relationship certificate is required when the sponsor is not a parent)
  7. A *Copy of the attested original Police Certificate, valid for minimum 6 months
  8. A Medical Certificate – Copy of blood analysis certificate for Hepatitis B and C, HIV, Syphilis and Chest X-ray. This must be valid not more than 4 months
  9. Eight (8) recent passport size clear photographs
  10. All transfer students from other Universities or institutions of higher education need to provide all the above together with transcripts and descriptions of subjects from their I.H.E.

MBA STUDENTS (In addition to the above):

  1. A Copy of the attested transcripts from each College/ University attended and attested by that institution, including attested English translations, if necessary
  2. A Copy of the attested earned degrees, certificates from each college, university, or institution attended; including attested English translations, if necessary
  3. Evidence of proficiency in the English language. (IELTS grade 6, TOEFL grade 500)
  4. Two completed reference appraisal forms

*The original documents must be presented to the Authorities at the Embassy or Consulate of Cyprus in the students’ country, where the entry visa will be issued. Applications from countries which have signed the Hague Convention of 5 Oct 1961 require the Apostille attestation.

Applications from other countries require attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy or Consulate of Cyprus.

Note:

  • All documents should be translated in English language and attested by a Notary Public officer
  • Applicants are expected to complete at least 32 credits at the CTL Eurocollege before they are able to transfer to any other Institution either in Cyprus or abroad
  • Completed Application Forms, documents and fees required, have to reach the Admissions Office no later than 15 days before the beginning of the Semester applied for

How to Apply:

Step 1
First send to the Admissions Office a copy of your complete Application Form together with a copy of the passport and academic documents (Secondary School Leaving Certificate and High School Leaving Certificate).

Step 2
Once an application has been approved, the college will issue the Letter of Acceptance enabling the applicant to prepare the documents below.

Copy of the passport – attested by Notary public officer and also the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Academic Documents – attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Police Certificate – Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Bank Certificate – Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is essential the bank letter clearly states that the sponsor can financially support the student for his/ her living expenses and college fees in Cyprus at the CTL Eurocollege.

Medical Certificate –attested by the Ministry of Health and also the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For the Medical certificate the applicant needs to do a blood analysis for, HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Syphilis and a chest X- ray.

Step 3
The applicant must first send to the Admissions Office an e-mail of the scanned copies then send the originals via courier in order for the college to be able to process the application. The Applicant should also send his/ her application fee and tuition fees to the college before his/ her application is submitted to the Ministry of Education.

Once the application is approved by the Ministry of Education it will then move on to the Migration Authorities.

Applicants facing Interview
For the interview, it is essential that applicants take along with them all Original documents mentioned above.

Applicants who successfully obtain their visa

Applicants who are successful in obtaining their visa, they need to contact the International Office immediately and advice on his/ her arrival date. It is essential for the Student affairs office to know well in advance whether the applicant needs a pick up from the airport to be arranged and/ or assistance in finding accommodation.

Arrival in Cyprus

According to the Cyprus Immigration Rules and Regulations, upon arrival in Cyprus, applicants must carry with them the minimum amount of Euro 2000 in Cash or Traveler’s Cheques.
